Legal information about the adnova.agency website and how we handle your personal data.
This website is published and managed by Domenico Cavaliere, in Geneva (Switzerland), under the adnova. brand.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — cloudflare.com.
All content on this site (text, design, code, logos, visuals) is the property of adnova. unless stated otherwise. Previews of our clients' websites are shown for reference, with their consent, and remain the property of their respective owners. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
adnova. takes your privacy seriously. This section explains what data we process and how, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
Contact data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to establish a business relationship (legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps). Statistics are used to improve the site (legitimate interest).
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. No consent banner is therefore required.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@adnova.agency.
To provide the service, Adnova accesses — only after your explicit authorization via Google OAuth — the data of your Google Ads account, and where applicable the Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts you connect. You authorize each account individually and can revoke this access at any time from your Google account security settings.
We read your performance data (spend, conversions, keywords, campaigns) to produce audits, reports and recommendations, and, upon your explicit confirmation, to apply changes to your campaigns. We never use this data for any other purpose.
Access tokens and the data needed for the service are kept isolated per client, encrypted where they are credentials, on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell, rent or transfer your Google data to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or to train models. Data is deleted upon termination or on request.
Adnova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
